Purpose and Scope This Privacy Policy explains how IVHOVT Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data when you use the Veteriner AI (vet.tc) platform (“Platform”, “Service”). This policy is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018). By accessing or using the Platform, each individual (“User”) acknowledges and agrees to the practices described herein. 2. Data We Collect Veteriner AI may collect the following categories of personal data: a) Identity and Contact Information Name, surname, and email address Subscription details (VetStart, VetPro, VetExpert) Billing information (company name, country, payment method) b) Usage and Technical Data IP address, browser type, device model, operating system Login timestamps and session duration Interaction history and page navigation behavior c) AI Interaction Data User inputs, prompts, and uploaded content AI-generated responses (stored temporarily to improve service experience, not for model training) d) Payment Data Payment details via Stripe or Wise Transaction ID, date, and amount (credit card details are never stored by the Company) e) Third-Party Authentication Data (optional) If the User logs in via Google, LinkedIn, or GitHub, basic profile information (name, verified email) and authentication tokens may be received. 3. Purposes of Processing We process user data for the following purposes: Account registration and identity verification Payment processing and invoicing Providing and personalizing the AI-powered services System security, troubleshooting, and performance analytics Customer support and communication Statistical and service improvement analysis Data is processed only for legitimate and specified purposes and never sold or disclosed to unauthorized third parties. 4. Cookie Policy a) Essential Cookies Used for authentication, session management, and security. These cookies are required for the Platform to function properly. b) Analytics Cookies Used through Google Analytics to understand user behavior in an aggregated, anonymous manner. No personally identifiable information is stored within these cookies. c) Third-Party Login Providers Users may choose to log in via Google, LinkedIn, or GitHub. Only authentication-related data is exchanged; no passwords or sensitive credentials are shared or stored. d) Cookie Control Users may disable or delete cookies from their browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect the proper functionality of the Platform. 5. Data Sharing Personal data may be shared only with trusted processors under a valid Data Processing Agreement (DPA): Payment processors: Stripe, Wise Analytics provider: Google Analytics Hosting providers: secure UK or EU–based data centers Legal authorities when required by law If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the Company applies Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) for lawful transfer. 8. Data Security All data transmissions are encrypted via SSL/TLS. Passwords are hashed using strong algorithms (bcrypt/argon2). Database access is strictly limited to authorized personnel. In the event of a data breach, users and relevant authorities are notified within 72 hours (GDPR Article 33). 9.
