1. General Principles
This policy governs all digital purchases made through the Veteriner AI (vet.tc) platform, operated by IVHOVT Limited (UK).
Veteriner AI provides instant-access, AI-powered digital services.
By completing a payment, the user (“User”) confirms that they have read and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Scope of Service
Veteriner AI offers three subscription plans:
VetStart
VetPro
VetExpert
Each plan is available with monthly and annual billing options.
Additionally, users may purchase one-time token packages for credit-based or add-on services.
All services are classified as digital content, and access is provided immediately after payment.
3. Right of Withdrawal & Digital Content Exemption
According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once digital content has been delivered or the service has begun.
Therefore, once the User accesses their account or uses the service, the right to a refund no longer applies.
However, IVHOVT Limited reserves the right to offer partial or full refunds on a goodwill basis under certain circumstances.
4. Subscription Plans and Renewal
All plans (VetStart, VetPro, VetExpert) are offered with monthly and annual payment options.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the User.
The User may cancel their subscription at any time via the Billing section of their account or by contacting info@vet.tc

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are not available for periods during which the service has already been used.
5. Token Purchases
Users may purchase one-time token packages for use in AI interactions.
As tokens are a form of digital service, refunds are not available once usage has begun.
Refunds are only possible in the event of a technical issue or duplicate payment.
6. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
The User did not access the service within 48 hours of purchase,
A technical error prevented the User from accessing the service,
A duplicate payment was made for the same transaction.
Refunds are processed via Stripe or Wise, depending on the payment method.
Refund completion typically occurs within 5–20 business days, depending on the User’s country and financial institution.
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for unused subscription time or unused token credits.
Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis after verifying the User’s activity history.
8. Taxes and Pricing
IVHOVT Limited is currently VAT exempt.
All prices displayed on the Platform are final and inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Pricing applies to monthly, annual, and one-time token-based plans.
Any pricing changes will be communicated to Users at least 7 days in advance.
9. Cancellation Procedure
Users can cancel their subscription in one of the following ways:
Through the Billing section of their account, or
By contacting info@vet.tc
A confirmation email will be sent once the cancellation request has been received.
The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
