Definitions and Scope These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Veteriner AI (vet.tc) platform (“Service”, “Platform”) operated by IVHOVT Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The term “User” refers to any individual, pet owner, or veterinary professional accessing or using the Platform. By creating an account or using the Platform, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms in full. 2. Nature of the Service Veteriner AI is an AI-powered advisory and informational tool designed to support veterinary and pet health–related inquiries. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. Users acknowledge that information provided through the Platform should not replace professional clinical judgment or consultation with a licensed veterinarian. 3. Subscription Plans and Access Veteriner AI offers three subscription plans: VetStart: Basic or free plan VetPro: Professional subscription VetExpert: Advanced enterprise subscription Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. Each User is solely responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for security or legal reasons. 4. Acceptable Use Policy Users agree to: Use the Platform solely for lawful and ethical purposes, Avoid misuse, reverse-engineering, or disrupting system functionality, Refrain from collecting or redistributing data without authorization, and Respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of others. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access. 5. Pricing and Payments Payments are processed via Stripe or Wise bank transfer. All prices are denominated in U.S. Dollars (USD). All invoices are issued by IVHOVT Limited (UK). Upon successful payment, access to the chosen plan is activated immediately. As the Service provides digital and on-demand content, refunds are not available once usage has begun. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the User prior to the renewal date. Intellectual Property All content, software, design, database structures, and trademarks related to Veteriner AI are the exclusive property of IVHOVT Limited. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal or professional informational purposes only. Reproduction, resale, or commercial redistribution of platform materials is strictly prohibited. 7. Disclaimer of Liability Veteriner AI does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment. AI-generated responses are probabilistic and may not always be accurate. The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of information provided by the Platform. Temporary downtime due to maintenance, system updates, or third-party service interruptions does not constitute a breach of these Terms. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. 8. Data Protection and Privacy User data is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act 2018, and applicable global privacy laws. By using the Platform, the User consents to the processing and storage of personal and usage data as outlined in the Privacy Policy. 9. Modification, Suspension, or Termination of Service The Company reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. Users will be informed of major changes via email or on-platform notifications. The Company shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from such modifications or interruptions. 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. By using the Platform, the User irrevocably agrees to this jurisdiction. 11. Amendments The Company may update or amend these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available at vet.tc/terms . Continued use of the Service following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 12.
